All Shivaun products are made using natural fabrics. Slight variations in color, texture, or print are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are in INR. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Orders

We may cancel or refuse orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3-4 days. Delivery timelines may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Accepted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

No returns on used or sale items

For defective or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

Product Care

Use mild detergents, cold wash, and avoid harsh chemicals. We are not responsible for damage due to improper care.
